What You Will Do

  • Actively participate in the setup and breakdown of our diverse event spaces, including arranging seating, tables, staging, and directional signage.
  • Warmly welcome and guide thousands of guests, providing clear information and assistance to ensure a positive and seamless event experience.
  • Perform various essential roles during live events, such as ticket scanning, ushering, monitoring access points, and providing crowd management support.
  • Collaborate closely with the events, security, and catering teams to ensure all operational aspects of an event run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare event venues before guest arrival, meticulously ensuring that everything is in its proper place according to the detailed event plan.
  • Greet all guests and clients with a professional and friendly demeanor, confidently answering their questions and directing them to their seats or relevant areas.
  • Monitor event access points, accurately scan tickets, and provide wristbands or credentials as required by the event protocol.
  • Assist with crowd flow and ensure the safety, comfort, and positive experience of all attendees throughout the event.
  • Provide on-the-ground support to technical crews, caterers, and other event vendors as directed by the event supervisor.
  • Assist with all post-event cleanup and breakdown activities, ensuring the venue is efficiently reset for the next function.
