Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests and colleagues with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor at all times.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly, courteously, and efficiently.
• Perform all duties as assigned by your departmental supervisor, which may include room preparation, food and beverage service support, or maintaining public areas.

• Work effectively and collaboratively as a member of a team to ensure the smooth operation of your department.
• Report any guest feedback, operational issues, or maintenance requirements to your supervisor immediately.
