Job Summary

Interscope Records is seeking a highly creative and passionate Digital Content Creator to join our Digital Media & Marketing Team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing, producing, and executing compelling digital content that amplifies our artists’ voices, builds their fan bases, and drives engagement across social platforms.

This is a unique opportunity to combine your creativity, digital storytelling skills, and love for music in a role that supports some of today’s most influential artists. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, is fluent in social media culture, and understands what makes digital content viral, engaging, and authentic.

This position offers a remote work option for candidates located within the United States, with occasional travel to Los Angeles for content shoots and team meetings.


Key Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality, engaging digital content (short-form video, social media graphics, behind-the-scenes footage, memes, artist campaigns) that aligns with brand and artist identities.
  • Collaborate closely with artists, management teams, and internal departments to conceptualize and execute content strategies for releases, tours, and special campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Twitter/X, Threads, Facebook) to maximize engagement and audience growth.
  • Track analytics and performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve content strategies.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends, digital innovations, and emerging platforms, ensuring Interscope remains at the forefront of digital storytelling.
  • Assist in live coverage of events, concerts, and festivals, capturing content in real-time (on-site and remotely).
  • Ensure all content is delivered on time, on brand, and meets high creative standards.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital content creation, social media management, or digital marketing (music industry experience preferred but not required).
  • Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, CapCut) and graphic design tools (Photoshop, Canva, After Effects).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and emerging digital spaces.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with artists and creative teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for music, pop culture, and storytelling.
