Job Summary

We are seeking Entry-Level Cashiers to join a growing retail store in New York City. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to start working immediately with no prior experience needed. Paid training will be provided.

Cashiers are responsible for providing friendly customer service, handling transactions, and ensuring a smooth checkout process for shoppers.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent service.
• Operate cash registers, scanners, and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately.
• Assist customers with inquiries and product locations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area.
• Stock shelves and assist in other store operations as needed.
• Follow company policies, safety, and security procedures.

Requirements & Skills

• No prior cashier or retail experience required – we provide training.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Friendly, professional, and reliable.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
