Key Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls, emails, and handle office correspondence.
  • Maintain and organise files, records, and documents.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars.
  • Prepare reports, memos, and presentations as needed.
  • Welcome visitors, clients, and direct them appropriately.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Ensure office equipment is functioning properly.
  • Keep the work environment tidy and organised.
  • Enter, update, and manage data in spreadsheets, databases, or HR systems.
  • Assist managers and staff with administrative tasks, including travel arrangements.
  • Support onboarding for new employees by preparing necessary documents.
  • Help with invoice preparation, expense reports, and petty cash recording.
  • Liaise between departments to ensure smooth workflow and follow-ups on pending tasks.
