As a Senior Service Associate, you’ll be at the core of our operations, ensuring efficient package handling, inventory management, and exceptional service delivery across industries including retail, technology, aerospace, and more.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide package handling, inventory control, and shipping services to a diverse client base.
  • Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as pallet movers, stand-up forklifts, high-lift reach trucks, and order pickers (up to 28 feet).
  • Use Radio Frequency (RF) scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to manage inbound/outbound processes and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Ensure transaction accuracy, safety compliance, and quality assurance in all tasks.
  • Deliver hands-on operational support, following established processes with minimal supervision.
  • Support business operations: government compliance, order processing, inventory management, procurement, staffing, facility inspections, and employee engagement.
  • Maintain and strengthen customer relationships, ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are consistently achieved or exceeded.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to improve operational efficiency, effectiveness, and service capabilities.
  • Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members.

Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
  • Proficiency in using MHE (pallet movers, forklifts, order pickers).
  • Strong knowledge of WMS and warehouse operations.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Successful completion of a background check.
  • Proven ability to work with minimal supervision and in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
