We’re seeking a passionate and strategic Field Marketing Senior Lead to support Salesforce’s Life Sciences business—one of our most important and fastest-growing industries. While the focus will be on the AMER Life Sciences market, many of our customers are global, so this role will collaborate closely with teams across EMEA, APAC, and global OUs to scale programs and drive consistent impact worldwide.

At Salesforce, the OU Marketing team is the primary partner to Sales, responsible for building and executing integrated marketing strategies that directly drive pipeline generation, deal acceleration, and business growth. This position requires a strong cross-functional leader who can unite stakeholders across Sales, Product Marketing, Industry Marketing, Events, Campaigns, ABM, and more—executing with precision and impact.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Act as the strategic marketing partner to the Life Sciences Sales Leader, aligning marketing execution with business priorities and pipeline goals.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans, including demand generation, ABM, executive engagement, events, and digital programs tailored to the Life Sciences buyer.
  • Collaborate across the Health & Life Sciences Marketing organization (Product, Industry, Field) to ensure consistency and alignment with Life Sciences Operating Unit priorities.
  • Manage and influence stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Product—bringing clarity and structure in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
  • Partner with Sales Strategy and Marketing Ops to analyze growth opportunities, provide insights, and deliver actionable recommendations.
  • Own pipeline performance reporting, developing frameworks to communicate trends and impact to leadership.
  • Optimize and manage the Life Sciences OU Field Marketing budget, ensuring ROI-focused spend and timely execution.
  • Attend key meetings and events: Sales QBRs, industry conferences, customer engagements, and strategy sessions.

Experience & Skills Required

  • 7–10 years of Marketing experience, with strong expertise in multi-channel campaign execution and demand generation.
  • Proven track record in Field Marketing or B2B Marketing with direct Sales partnership.
  • Strong ability to design and execute marketing strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • 4+ years of experience working directly with Sales to align on goals, drive execution, and measure results.
  • Experience in budget allocation and optimization across multiple tactics/channels.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce Products and reporting tools for campaign and pipeline tracking.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to anticipate needs in fast-changing environments.
  • Exceptional executive presence, presentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in or knowledge of the Health & Life Sciences industry (pharma, MedTech, etc.).
  • Background in Account-Based Marketing, digital marketing, and event strategy.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities.
  • Willingness to travel for events and engagements as needed.
