We are now seeking a Senior Analyst, Global Services Risk Management (GSRM) to join our expanding team in Mexico City, Mexico. This role is ideal for compliance-driven professionals who thrive in evaluating complex service deals, collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and ensuring governance in a fast-paced global technology environment.
Role Overview
As a Senior Analyst, GSRM, you will be at the forefront of evaluating Salesforce’s Professional Services deals. Your mission will be to ensure service proposals are accurate, strategically aligned, and risk-compliant. You will also partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Professional Services teams to strengthen our governance framework while safeguarding Salesforce’s business strategy.
This is a highly visible role that requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of technology services, and the ability to communicate effectively with executives and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Evaluate Professional Services deals for accuracy, strategic alignment, pricing integrity, and potential risks.
- Review staffing plans, business terms, project scopes, and cost estimates to identify areas of concern.
- Recommend risk mitigations and provide guidance to Sales teams on policies, deal structure, and compliance standards.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Legal, Finance, Deal Desk, and Professional Services to ensure deals meet Salesforce standards.
- Maintain multiple deal reviews simultaneously while delivering on time.
- Prepare and present deal review summaries with detailed findings and actionable recommendations.
- Provide insights to key stakeholders and senior leadership to support decision-making.
- Contribute to improving deal review processes, governance frameworks, and risk management tools.
- Support internal initiatives that enhance compliance practices, governance, and operational efficiency.
- Stay current with industry trends and pricing strategies to ensure Salesforce’s offerings remain competitive and sustainable.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, project/program management, or related fields within a technology/SaaS environment.
- At least 2+ years supporting or structuring service-based contracts (e.g., Statements of Work, Professional Services Agreements).
- Strong understanding of professional services operations in technology organizations.
- Basic knowledge of revenue recognition principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
- High level of personal integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Educational background in Economics, Business Administration, Corporate Law, or related fields.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, RMP, Agile, or Scrum.
- Familiarity with Salesforce products and services.
- Experience with pricing strategies for SaaS/cloud services.
- Industry expertise in CRM, Financial Services, Healthcare, or Retail.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Experience in lean/agile methodologies.
