Job Description

We are currently seeking Factory Workers in Dallas to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking entry-level manufacturing jobs with no prior experience required. As a Factory Worker, you will be responsible for performing various production, assembly, and packaging tasks that contribute to the successful operation of our facility.

This role is perfect for motivated individuals who want to be part of a reputable company, enjoy hands-on work, and are willing to learn new skills in a fast-paced industrial environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Operate basic factory equipment and tools safely under supervision.
  • Assist in the assembly, packaging, and labeling of manufactured goods.
  • Inspect products for quality assurance and report any defects to supervisors.
  • Load, unload, and move materials as required within the facility.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following company safety policies.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals.
  • Perform additional general labor tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Minimum Requirements

  • No prior qualifications or experience required. Full training is provided.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and moving for extended periods.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment.
  • Willingness to work in a factory setting with exposure to noise, machinery, and varying temperatures.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
