Job Description / Summary

Hilton is currently hiring Bar Waiters/Waitresses in Ikeja, Lagos to join our Bars & Restaurants team. This is an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals who are passionate about hospitality.

As a Bar Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for serving food and drinks efficiently and professionally, ensuring guests receive the highest quality service. You will also contribute to bar operations, maintain hygiene standards, and support team goals of maximizing guest satisfaction and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Provide guests with food and drinks in line with Hilton service standards.
Manage efficient bar shifts while maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
Ensure all tables are served promptly and orders are accurate.
Demonstrate complete knowledge of food and beverage menus.
Upsell beverages and menu items to increase revenue.
Follow Hilton Health, Safety, and Fire regulations.
Support and train junior bar staff where required.
Maintain professional grooming and a welcoming demeanor at all times.

Preferred Qualification

Minimum of 1 year experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality role (preferred, not required).
Previous experience in a 4-star or 5-star hospitality setting is an added advantage.
HND, OND, or equivalent qualification in hospitality, food & beverage, or customer service (preferred).
