Job Description / Summary

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Remote Product Manager based in Spain to join our international product team. This role requires a mix of strategic vision and hands-on execution to drive the design, development, and delivery of new product features and improvements. As a key link between customers, engineering, sales, and marketing, you will play a critical role in shaping the product roadmap and ensuring our solutions meet customer needs while aligning with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap in alignment with company objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify customer needs and emerging trends.
• Work closely with engineering teams to define requirements, write user stories, and oversee product development cycles.
• Collaborate with design, sales, and marketing to ensure product launches are successful and well-positioned in the market.
• Facilitate customer interviews, usability testing, and feedback sessions to gather insights.
• Monitor KPIs and analytics to assess product performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage stakeholder expectations by providing regular updates on product progress, challenges, and timelines.
• Act as a product evangelist internally and externally, promoting new features and innovations.

• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Trello, Figma, or similar project management and design platforms.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.
