You will be the first point of contact for guests and customers across our diverse business segments, from theme parks and resorts to our Disney+ streaming service. Key Responsibilities
- Provide Multi-Channel Support: Engage with guests and customers via phone, email, and live chat to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide information about our products and services.
- Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Skillfully assist guests with a variety of inquiries, such as theme park ticketing and reservations, Disney+ account management, and questions about merchandise from shopDisney.
- Create a Positive Guest Experience: Maintain a friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanor in all interactions, going the extra mile to ensure each guest feels valued and heard, effectively turning challenging situations into positive outcomes.
- Navigate Internal Systems: Become proficient in using our internal software and CRM systems to accurately track guest interactions, process requests, and access information.
- Uphold Brand Standards: Serve as a knowledgeable ambassador for the Disney brand, ensuring that all communication is consistent with our company’s high standards for quality and service.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with your team and leaders in a hybrid environment, sharing insights and contributing to a positive and supportive team culture that is focused on collective success.

Preferred Qualification
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A passion for and knowledge of the Disney brand, including our films, characters, and theme parks, is a significant plus.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., retail, hospitality) is helpful but not required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must have a quiet, dedicated workspace and a reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work days.
