Take your first step into restaurant leadership with our Assistant Manager – Entry Level Management Training Program. Whether you have prior supervisory experience or are looking to move up from a crew/shift leader role, this opportunity offers rapid advancement, immediate start, and full training provided.
Our Assistant Managers are on the fast track to becoming General Managers. You’ll work through our structured Management-in-Training Program, receive pay raises at each completed level, and gain the hands-on leadership skills needed to grow your career in the restaurant industry.

What We’re Looking For:

Positive, energetic, and dependable personality – someone who enjoys building a fun team environment

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long shifts, and work in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to learn, grow, and take initiative

Prior experience as Shift Lead, Crew Lead, Team Lead, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor in food service is a plus, but not required
