What We’re Looking For:

• Positive, energetic, and dependable personality – someone who enjoys building a fun team environment

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long shifts, and work in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to learn, grow, and take initiative

• Prior experience as Shift Lead, Crew Lead, Team Lead, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor in food service is a plus, but not required
