Job Summary:

The Manager in Training role is an entry-level, in-person position designed for candidates looking to grow into leadership. You’ll be fully trained and cross-trained in all aspects of store management—from sales and customer service to account management, inventory, and leadership.

No experience? No problem. If you’re hardworking, goal-driven, and customer-focused, this is your chance to start a retail management career immediately.

 Responsibilities:

• Train to become proficient in all aspects of store management & operations.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Drive sales and meet profit goals.

• Manage customer accounts and collections.

• Deliver exceptional customer service in-store and in-home.

• Perform in-home delivery & setup of merchandise.

• Handle inventory management and stock organization.

Requirements:

• Must be 21+ years old (required for driving company vehicles).

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Strong organizational & communication skills.

• Willingness to perform hands-on, physical work.

• Must pass background check, driving history, and drug screening.

• In-person only (remote not available).

Physical Requirements:

• Lift, load, and move merchandise (50–300 lbs) with a dolly.

• Bend, stoop, pull, and reach frequently.

• Climb stairs while carrying furniture, electronics, or appliances.

• Stand and drive for extended periods.

• Work in both indoor and outdoor weather conditions.
