Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Data Scientist to drive insights, analytics, and predictive modeling across our fast-growing organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business problems that can be solved with data analysis.

• Collect, clean, and preprocess raw data from multiple sources to prepare for modeling and insights.

• Apply statistical methods, predictive modeling, clustering, classification, and anomaly detection.

• Develop and validate machine learning models to generate actionable recommendations.

• Communicate findings through clear, compelling visualizations and narratives for stakeholders.

• Continuously improve data pipelines, modeling techniques, and analytical processes.

• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in data science and machine learning.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL for data analysis and modeling.

• Strong background in statistical methods, machine learning algorithms, and data mining.

• Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Plotly).

• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience in agile, collaborative environments and managing multiple projects.

• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.

• Fluent in written and verbal English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Exposure to SEO or digital marketing analytics is a plus.

Preferred Experience:

0–3+ years in data science, analytics, or related fields (entry-level candidates welcome).
