We are urgently hiring Hospitality Hosts/Hostesses to join our care home teams. This is an entry-level opportunity for individuals passionate about people, hospitality, and making a positive difference in the lives of residents. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, engaging, and attentive service in the dining room and bar areas

• Create a warm and welcoming environment for residents and visitors

• Assist with mealtime service, setting tables, and ensuring cleanliness and hygiene

• Engage with residents and their families, providing companionship and support

• Help organise and support activities, events, and hospitality experiences

• Collaborate with care staff to ensure seamless service and resident satisfaction

• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• No formal qualifications required; full training provided

• Personable, friendly, and caring attitude

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to engage and build positive relationships with residents and families

• Flexible and adaptable to changing tasks and schedules

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in hospitality, care, or customer-facing roles is a plus but not essential
